Article 1 (Application)

These Terms govern the use of Nomad Map (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service anonymously aggregates and visualizes internet connection speeds worldwide, based on measurements voluntarily submitted by users together with their location.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Intentionally submitting false measurement results or location data
• Mass submission via automated tools that distorts the data
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Any conduct that violates laws or public order and morals

Article 4 (Handling of Submitted Data)

Measurement data submitted by users will be anonymized and published and aggregated on the Service. The operator may freely use such data for statistical purposes and for the improvement of the Service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Information provided by the Service is based on user-submitted measurements. The operator does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. You use the Service at your own risk, and the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Article 6 (Right to Remove Content)

The operator may remove, without notice, any submission deemed to violate the prohibited conduct, any clearly anomalous values, or any other submission deemed inappropriate.

Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon being posted on this page.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
